<description>Excellent idea to do a follow-along screencast. I&#039;ve mentioned it over on my blog. :)

I&#039;ve created a lens called *My First Lens* whose purpose is to share the &quot;first lens building&quot; experiences of both long-time and newbie Squidoo-ers like you and me. As I meet lensmasters, I&#039;m asking them to pop over and give a little input. There&#039;s also a Plexo module to add resources. It would be great if you would add your screencast to the resources module. Many thanks.

		<description>Hi Alan.

Do you know, I have searched for you from time to time but never found any trace of an online presence until today. I&#039;m not entirely sure what all of this is, but it looks amazing.
I am so sorry to hear about your Mom... My brother Shawn passed away in &#039;07. I think of him all the time.
I think of you also, wondering what you&#039;re up to. If you are all interested in catching up, please let me know. Otherwise, I&#039;ll just read your website. ;) No worries.
Best wishes,

		<description>&quot;I will sleep better tonight knowing that my vigilance will not go unrewarded, and that while growing slowly, at least my business is being built ethically.&quot;

Well said Alan!!

You&#039;re 100% right in my opinion. The games not how it was 4 years ago (even 2 years ago thinking about it). Many markets including the Internet Marketing (IM) niche are now flooded with &#039;me too&#039; marketers promoting everything around with over-the-top hype and b.s....That may work for them in the short term but in the long term they&#039;re just screwing themselves.

Science of the Sale may be only growing slowly but your building on solid foundations that will support you long into the future while the hype-merchants are still scrapping over the next $1.

Respect to you.

Rob

		<description>Alan-
Those four items sound like sound things to look for in products you are going to promote. I am a few steps behind you, but will remember these points.

I might add that you have a way with words.</description>

		<description>Hi Alan
Very touched by your story. I knew your problem before you told us!
As I was reading it sounded so much like my 22 year old son that I knew your problem was an autistic spectrum disorder.
The problems with holding down jobs - people just don&#039;t get you do they!
Well Alan I get you!
I too have a tendency towards the spectrum but have learned to put on the right act and get by fine! That has taken years though.
Just joined Alex&#039;s coaching club so I will be following you closely!
Never forget your qualities which I suspect are - loyalty; honesty(brutal at times); tenacity; attention to detail; intelligence.
Dont let the depression and negativity which I know you feel at times overwhelm you - focus always on your many positive qualities which this &#039;disability&#039; blesses you with.
Hope that your family have told you how special and unique you are.
Great story

Praying for your success
With warm regards
