My Personal Goals
The biggest thing Alex Jeffreys has given me so far is the realization that work is NOT ALL THERE IS especially when it comes to Internet Marketing. I mean, we all want ot succeed in IM for at least one of the same reasons… TIME!
With that in mind he instructed us to build Personal Goals into our overall plans. I took to this task like it was chocolate cake!
So then here are my personal goals for my Internet Business:
- Amsterdam 10.26.2009 –> I was there last November and December and I can’t wait to get back. Some good folks I met from England are going back again on the 26th of October… so that’s going to be MY return date as well!
- JamCruise 01.03.2010 –> I’ve been on JC twice, and it changed my life each time! This is the concert event of all concert events if you ask me. This year it’s Jamaica and the Cayman Islands!
- New Orleans Jazzfest –> Never been… but it has been in the Top Three on my music To-Do list for years!
- Take Dad on an Airplane –> My Father has actually been around the world… literally. While he was in the US Navy, his destroyer completed an around the world journey. But he’s NEVER been on an airplane and he regrets it. I need to earn the money to get him on one. Hopefully for his ship reunion in Branson, Missouri this year.
- Start a Non-Profit Organization –> I have been active in music-based NPOs for some time, but leadership changes and life changes have always become obstacles. I’d love to start and be able to fund a small NPO in the next 12 months.
- Learn Spanish –> The US is rapidly becoming a two-language nation, and I’m getting left behind! Ack!
OK… so 6 is a great start… I will add more later.
I hope this helps to motivate you to plan your personal goals as well. As Alex says, “Work to Live, Don’t Live to Work!”
Peace,
Alan

hi Alan
Great goal, you are right, if our IM business successed. The number one thing we’ll be better off is TIME. Can you show me how to do video? I have no idea in that field.
Regards
Kin
Hey Kin!
We definitely need to move towards having more time. “Always choose having time over having money,” is one of my favorites. You can always get more money… but time is always scarce!
I would be more than happy to help with any video issues you may have. Let me know what you would like help with, email me if you’d like at: alan at schwaonline.com
