Hey David,

Thanks a ton for the comments! I think it's an awesome quick hit strategy... it's not necessarily a business plan... but a quick cash infusion.

Love the idea about British shows!!

Peace,
Alan

Hey Alan,

This is a pretty cool idea. Trying to hijack someone else's 15 minutes of fame could bring in a flood of short term traffic!

This may work better for us in the UK as there will be far less competition for the keywords!

Alan
Great Blog site. Good graphics, easy to navigate, good ad section.
I'm going to have to study your idea to see if the jist of it jells in my somewhat overwhelmed brain at the moment.
But thanks for the input.

Keith,

Exactly! The easiest way in the case of an author would be to read and review the book, blog it with a link to Amazon or eBay with your affiliate tag, then create a few backlinks to the blog. These could be ezine articles, Hub Pages, or Squidoo lenses.

Capitalizing on an up-and-coming musician could be similar... link to Amazon or iTunes and grab an affiliate commission.

It's all quick hit stuff... but there's definitely a market!

Thanks a ton!

Peace,
Alan

Hi Alan,

That's a great idea, we just have to be creative with how to use the traffic and give them somethingb related to the perosn, then find a related upsell and the cash will flow in.
Worth spending some time thinking about.
